Under artistic director Heather Forgie, who took over the company in 2014, R-G has produced critically acclaimed productions for the Winnipeg Fringe Theatre Festival, Gimli’s A-Spire Theatre, and Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre’s Master Playwright Festival.

Productions of Ron’s work have been mounted in Canada, America, New Zealand and Australia, on BBC Radio in the United Kingdom and on his beloved Island of Guernsey where he was a member of the Guernsey Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Society. His award winning play Closure was recently turned into a feature film called Connecting Flights and is currently being released internationally. Sadly, Ron Passed away on May 28th, 2021 at the age of 96.
