R-G Productions Presents

Breadcrumbs

Written and Directed By Heather Forgie

An adaptation of Hansel and Gretel, taking place in rural Manitoba. Two children, on the run from an Indian agent who has threatened to take them away from their family, flee into the woods. What they stumble upon is far scarier than a witch in a gingerbread house.

R-G Productions is proud to call Manitoba home. We are located on Treaty 1 territory, the lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. We are thankful for the benefits sharing this land has afforded us, acknowledge the responsibilities of the Treaties, and embrace the opportunity to partner with Indigenous communities in the spirit of reconciliation and collaboration.
